What Work Orchestra collects, what it does with it, and how you delete it. Last updated October 15, 2026.

Who we are

Work Orchestra is published by Accredant Capital LLC ("we", "us"). This policy covers the website at workorchestra.ai, the Work Orchestra desktop app, and the Sales Concierge web feature. Questions go to info@accredant.com.

What we collect

Only what the product needs to work.

Account. Your email address, when you signed in, which terms version you accepted, and your trial dates. Sign-in is by a link we email you; we store no password.

Sales Concierge. The contacts you add, import, or sync (name, email, company, title, city, category, notes), the interactions and notes you log, the suggestions the concierge makes, your Yes / No / Later answers, and your settings such as timezone and email times.

Desktop app. The app works on files on your own computer. We do not upload your files. The app checks our site for updates and for your sign-in status.

Technical. Server logs with IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and errors, kept for operations and security.

Google data

Read-only, for one purpose each.

If you connect a Google account to the Sales Concierge, we ask Google for your email address and name, and for permission to read the files you choose in Google's file picker. We cannot see other files in your Google Drive, and we never modify the spreadsheets you link.

We read the rows of each linked spreadsheet to create and update your contact list. That is the only thing the data is used for. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, share it with third parties beyond the processors listed below, or let people look at it except with your permission to fix a problem you reported, for security purposes, or where the law requires.

Google Calendar. If you connect your calendar, we ask Google for read-only access to it. We read the events on your primary calendar: title, start and end time, location, the link to the event, and the attendees with their reply status. We use that for one purpose: to tell the concierge about meetings with people who are already in your contact list. For those meetings only, we store the title, time, place, the link to the event, the number of people invited, and which of your contacts were on it. A meeting that has ended is logged in that contact's activity, so the concierge can suggest a follow-up or notice when it has been longer than usual since you met. A meeting that is ahead gets a short brief on the Today page, on the contact's page and in the morning digest email.

Events with nobody from your contacts on them, events you declined and cancelled events are not stored, and an event you remove from your calendar is removed from the concierge on the next pass, which runs about every three hours. We do not read event descriptions, attachments or your other calendars; we do not store the email addresses of attendees who are not your contacts; we never write to your calendar, and we never show your calendar to anyone else.

Gmail. If you turn on email sync, we also ask for read-only access to your Gmail mailbox. We use it for one thing: to know who wrote last and when, for people who are already in your contact list. We request only message headers (sender, recipients, date and subject), never the body of a message or attachments, and we keep nothing about mail with people who are not in your contacts. You can turn email sync off at any time from the Google page in the Concierge.

Storage and deletion. Data from Google is stored in our database on Amazon Web Services in the United States, alongside your other concierge data. The tokens that let us read your Google account are stored encrypted. Turning a sync off in the Concierge settings stops the reading at once; meetings and emails already logged stay in your contacts' activity until you delete them. Disconnecting Google revokes our access at Google, deletes the tokens and removes the linked sheets; contacts, meetings and emails already logged remain in your account, like contacts you imported by hand, until you delete them. The "Delete everything" switch removes all of it, including every meeting, at once. You can also remove Work Orchestra from your Google account's permissions page at any time.

Work Orchestra's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use data obtained through Google APIs to develop, improve or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models.

AI processing

Anthropic writes the one-line reasons.

For each suggestion, the Sales Concierge may send a short summary of the contact (name, company, title, recent interaction summaries, and the signals behind the suggestion) to Anthropic's API to write the one-line reason and talking point. That summary can include the title and date of a meeting with that contact. Anthropic processes this under its commercial terms and does not use API data to train its models. We never send the full contents of your emails, spreadsheets or calendar, attendee lists, or anything about people who are not in your contacts.

When you use AI features inside the desktop app, the text you send goes through our server to Anthropic under your own Claude login. Our server relays it and does not keep the content of those conversations as a product feature; operational logs record errors and timing only.

Processors

Who handles data on our behalf.

Amazon Web Services (hosting in the United States, and Amazon SES for the emails we send), Google (when you connect a Google account), Anthropic (AI processing described above), and GitHub (desktop app downloads). Each acts only on our instructions.

Emails and cookies

We send sign-in links, the concierge digest emails you turn on, and occasional service notices. Digest emails can be paused or switched off in the Concierge settings. The site uses a session cookie to keep you signed in and a CSRF cookie to protect forms. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Retention and deletion

You can delete everything yourself.

Concierge data is kept until you delete it. The "Delete everything" switch in the Concierge settings removes your contacts, interactions, meetings, suggestions, answers, settings, and Google connection immediately. To delete your whole account, use the delete-account option in the app or email info@accredant.com; we complete account deletions within 30 days. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days. Records of terms acceptance are kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights and changes

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it by emailing info@accredant.com. Work Orchestra is not directed at children under 16. If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will post the new version here with a new date and, for signed-in users, mention it in the product.
